What is your turnaround?
Once you place your order online, we will email your proof by the next business day. Payment is made on the proof. Orders ship 2 business days from payment. Please email for rush service.
What is included in your price?
Our prices include one piece of art (add $10 for each extra logo or photo), proof, engraving and shipping. Only Indiana residents pay 7% sales tax.
Is there a limit on the text?
No text limits.
Can I see what my order will look like BEFORE I buy it?
Yes. We will email you a proof by the next business day. If you need any changes, please reply and we will email you a new proof. Proofs are in black and white.
Can I order all of my items on one order form?
If everything is going to be the same but the text, you can submit them on one order form. There is no limit on the text and the text box is never ending. Leave a line space (double space) between awards in the text box. If you submit multiple orders, we will set them up on a single order.
How do I match a previous order?
We save all art. Please reorder here.
How do I add a new plate to your perpetual plaque?
Please reorder here. We will match it to your original plaque and mail the a new plate with double sided tape. Pull the old plate off and peel-n-stick the new plate in its place. No need to send back the old plates.
How do I send you my logo, photo or artwork?
Here are our art requirements.
Can I have my logo in color?
We can use full color on our gold, silver or white metal. We do not guarantee color matching. We can NOT engrave full color in our plastic.
Do you have discounts for ordering multiple plaques?
See our standard discounts. Other discounts are listed per item.
What if I need a plaque or sign tomorrow?
These plaques or signs can be there tomorrow.
Can I call in or fax my order?
No. Orders must be placed online or via email. Please call 1-866-880-9617 if you need help.

I can not login, what is wrong?
Please make sure you enter your email address and password exactly as it was sent to you. Our system is case sensitive. If you still can not login, send us an email for help.
PROOF
I need changes to my order, can I see a new proof?
Yes, please reply to our email with your changes. We will email you a new proof by the next business day.
Can my boss review the proof too?
Yes, copy the proof address (URL) in your browser and forward it via email.
Why can't I print my proof?
Your proof was created for review online. If you need a version to print, please reply via email.
How do I enlarge my proof?
Try dragging the proof image to your desktop and double clicking on the .jpg file.
The proof looks blurry, will it engrave like this?
No. Proofs are in low resolution. Your order will engrave in high resolution. It there is a problem with your logo or photo, we will notify you prior to production.
When I click on the proof link, it does not load. What can I do?
Please reply, we will reset your proof ASAP.
Do I get a new proof if I submit approval with changes?
Changes will be made prior to engraving. Most changes can be made without a final proof. If you need to see a final proof, include a note in your "changes" or send us an email. If a new proof is required, it may delay shipment.
PAYMENT
I am paying by check, how do I approve my order?
Please email approval and let us know will be sending a check. Your order will ship in 2 business days from receiving payment. You can make the check payable to Plaquemaker.com: 289 Business Park Dr, Fortville, IN 46040.
The payment form keeps telling me to enter a value for "approve proof". What does that mean?
There is a drop down menu in STEP 1 under View PROOF, you must pull it down to approve your order.
The payment form keeps telling me to enter a value for "required to OK address above". What does that mean?
There is a drop down menu in STEP 2 under "Ship to" address, you must pull it down to verify your shipping address.
SHIPPING
What shipping methods do you offer?
Standard shipping is FREE. Depending on weight, standard shipping could be US Mail or UPS Ground. We also offer Next Day or 2nd Day UPS. This can be selected when making payment on your proof. You can get an estimate at UPS. We ship from 46040.
How long will ground delivery take?
There is no guarantee on US Mail - most deliveries are made in 2-5 business days. UPS Ground guarantees these transit times.
Do you ship international?
Yes, there are additional charges for international and APO shipments. Please email for a quote.
