HOW TO SET UP YOUR ORDER FORM: We need to know exactly where the spaces will go and how many to leave for each name. In your order add the word "SPACE" under each name for each child. If someone may have 3 children, type:

To preserve the "integrity" of your family tree, we suggest that you leave no more than 15 SPACES.

PRICE: We charge $3 per space (because the area has to be designed even though it is not engraved yet). We keep all art on file.

When you are ready to add a name, mail the family tree back to us. The price is $35 set up + $10 per name (subject to change). A proof will be sent via e-mail before your family tree is engraved.
