Preparing Your News Artwork
KEEP IN MIND:
Before you send anything, obtain permission to reproduce the article from your source, whether it's a magazine, newspaper, website, or other publication.
There is no extra art charge associated with your article.
Artwork saved directly from websites typically does not reproduce well.
We cannot guarantee color matching. Color is only available on sublimated plaques.
DIGITAL ART:
Please attach your file and email it here. Include your name and phone number, in case we need to contact you.
DOCUMENT ART: We prefer the .pdf format, but will accept .eps, .doc, or .ppt files.
BITMAP ART: Artwork should be saved at 300dpi or more, in a .tif, .bmp, .psd, .jpg, .png, or .gif format. High resolution ensures optimum printing quality.
PRINTED ART:
Please do not mail the original article. Send a high-quality copy, which you can get from local print shops or suppliers, such as FedEXKinkos or Staples.
When you mail your copy, please note your name, phone number, and email address, so that we can contact you.
