There is no time limit for approving your proof. When you place your order through our website, the authorization amount is valid for 5 days. If you do not approve your proof within 5 days of placing your order through our website, those authorized funds will be released back to your account within 5 to 10 business days.
If you wish to continue your order after the authorization expires, you will need to authorize the amount again via a new invoice.
