If you’ve created a design using AI, you’re welcome to use it as a reference!
However, we are unable to accept AI-generated images as original artwork submissions at this time. While AI tools can produce visually appealing concepts, they often do not meet the specific technical requirements of our production process—such as gradient limitations in certain printing methods, filter compatibility, and laser-processing constraints.
This means AI-generated images may not translate accurately into finished products. For the best possible results, we require artwork that has been intentionally designed and prepared with our production standards in mind.
If you want to use an AI-generated image, please include the fonts used by the AI or similar fonts you’re willing to use. Also, provide the original artwork, logo, or photo before it was placed into the AI-created mock-up. Submitting AI-generated mock-ups directly may result in lower-quality products, so providing editable, high-resolution files is essential for optimal quality.
