A 2012 graduate of E. O. Smith High School in Storrs, Connecticut, Adam Michael Riendeau lived in Stafford Springs and enjoyed working part time with his father and his brother at Riendeau & Sons Logging. “Adam was a loving and caring soul with a heart as big as he was,” his Mom says.

Adam was also an avid video gamer, active in the Gaming World Entertainment Network (GWEN), where a passion for games brings people together, music is at the heart of the community and giving back to the global community through online gaming is a priority.

“On behalf of the GWEN, let me say that Adam will be greatly missed within the gaming community of which he was in integral part,” says Holly Matthews. “He was one of my first listeners years ago, and has been a loyal listener and supporter of GWEN, including volunteering at our fundraising events for Gamers Giving Back. Adam was kind, generous, thoughtful, and brought to us a brand of humor and perspective that raised our spirits and inspired us to do better.”
