Spring is finally in full swing and with it comes renewed motivation to start achieving those goals at work.

Spring clean your office. In box piling up? When is the last time you dusted (even though the cleaning staff does)? Give your desk the once-over with a lemon-scented polish, add office-appropriate artwork to cubicle walls, bring in a reading lamp to soften harsh ceiling lights; consider a vase of fresh flowers on the credenza, too.

Plan an employee retreat. Getting away from the office gives most employees a lift, whether it’s to break the routine, to thinking outside the box or to have a little fun.
