When you’re ready to reorder your PlaqueMaker merchandise, log on to PlaqueMaker.com and locate the “Reorder” link in the top right-hand corner of our homepage. Click that link to go directly to our reorder form.


Quick, Easy, Convenient

On the Reorder Page, you’ll find enhanced customer benefits with the same convenience you’ve come to expect. Since we keep all design files and artwork on record, it’s quick, easy and convenient to order items from previous orders with new text, such as:


● new plates for perpetual plaques

● new plaques for monthly, quarterly, or annual recipients

● duplicates of previous orders


Just fill out the reorder form with the new information. Even if you did not place the original order, you can still use this form. If ordering exact duplicates, please specify quantity in the “New Text for Reorder” box.
