Production Style
For this product, we have 2 production style options for you. Choose between laser engraving and UV color printing.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving is the standard option for plastic. In this process, the laser strikes the surface of the plastic and removes the top color to reveal a secondary color underneath. Any picture, art or logo will be modified for best engraving.
UV Color Printing
The other option for plastic is color printing. This process is only available on signs up to 18” x 24”. With this process, the art and text for your order is printed directly on the surface of the product. If you choose to go with this full color option, any logos provided will work best if they are vector images.
Our UV Color Printing is guaranteed to last up to 2 years when used outdoors.
Mounting
For this sign, tape is the included mounting option. For some sizes, you can upgrade to holes with screws, standoffs, or a sign stand. If you elect to go with standoffs or a sign stand, acrylic backing will need to be added to your sign. For further information regarding mounting please check out our Mounting Reference Page.

At PlaqueMaker.com, your order comes with a no-obligation proof. To receive your proof, fill out an order form and provide the details of your order. At the bottom of the order form, you can select either Design & View or Add to Cart.
If you are on Mobile, you will only have Add to Cart available. If you wish to design it yourself, you can complete your design on a computer.
The Design & View option will take you to our online designer, where you can arrange your text and art. If you select Add to Cart, our team of professional graphic designers will design your order for you. With both option, our graphic designers will double-check your order and we will send you a proof in a business day.
When you have your order added to the cart, you will be able to Proceed to Checkout. During this process, you can select your Delivery Method, and will be asked to enter your credit card information. A credit card is required to receive a proof, but nothing is charged until you approve the design and agree to proceed with the order. Once you receive your proof, you can make changes or cancel your order.
During the checkout process, you will have the option of utilizing PayPal. If you select to use PayPal, a hold will be placed on the funds during checkout. The funds will be released after 3 days if you cancel your order.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a proof to the email you provided within a business day. The email will contain a link to view your designed product, and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof within a business day. Once your proof is approved, your order will ship 2 business days later. When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information if it is included in the shipping method selected.

I ordered my mail box address signs (2) not really knowing what I was doing in terms of number size, border clearances, etc. The person I talked to on the phone after I completed my design offered a couple of very helpful suggestions. I had a final design on Monday and made my purchase that day. I got my proof on Tuesday. The signs shipped on Wednesday and got here in about 3 days using regular shipping. Overall, the process was very easy and the people were extremely friendly and helpful. I just wish I had had the capability of printing out the design full scale and taping it to my mail box as I made the number font too small. But, that's on me and my lack of knowledge of what the final product would look like. Overall, the signs are gorgeous and well made. I think they will last on that mail box longer than I last in the house!! I would recommend PlaqueMaker completely. You'll get what you pay for. OH, and the design program they have is a blast to work with. It really does make the process fun!! I can't remember when the last time I said I had fun making an online purchase was. This one was a blast! Thanks, y'all!

This product was done quickly and properly. It arrived sooner than expected and looked perfect. The color was perfect and the logos that I had provided were printed crisply and clearly with bright color. I have used this company before in 2017 for metal plaques and they were also excellent. I will use them again next year for another project.

I had my plastic sign made for my newly designed home gym. While I was pretty sure the product would be good based on images shown, I have to admit it exceeded my expectations. The item came quickly, even though it was delivered during mail slow downs due to Covid and post office cutbacks, and it was packaged securely. I would positively buy from Plaque Maker again!
