Customer (via Facebook): How do I order from PlaqueMaker? Can I order from your Facebook page? Can I fax or phone in my order?

PlaqueMaker: All orders must be submitted through our website, www.plaquemaker.com, or by emailing help@plaquemaker.com. Filling out an order form online will get you a no-obligation quote and a free proof of your product design for approval.


Our order forms load automatically each time you click on one of our engraved products: plaques, signs, memorials, paperweights, name plates, awards and trophies, certificate kits, name tags and gifts. Order forms include:

  • product picture (or pictures)
  • product description and features included
  • estimated ship date (on some formats)
  • pricing
  • design template
  • design options such as font and layout
  • upgrade options
  • shipping procedure and information


Design Anywhere

Whether you need a plaque for the boss or a gift for a friend, we’ve got you covered. Wherever you are, you can take full advantage of our Live Designer feature and design it yourself. You’ll be able to view your design before submitting your order – even make revisions. Or you can choose to have our expert staff design your PlaqueMaker product for you. One free logo, photo or clip art is always available with no set-up fees, plus there’s no character limit on your message. Either way, we’ll email you a free digital proof by the next business day. Most custom products ship within two business days of approval and payment. Standard shipping is free on most orders over $50!
