90-Day Guarantee

All PlaqueMaker products come with a 90-Day Guarantee*. The 90-day period begins on the date you receive your order. If you are unsatisfied with your item(s), you may return them within 90 days of delivery.

To make a return, please include your order number and contact information in the package and ship the item to:

Refunds will be issued after we receive your returned item. Once your refund has been issued, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for it to appear on your original payment method. Processing times may vary by financial institution.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Some larger items may require shipment on a skid and may incur additional shipping charges.

Headstones: We are unable to accept returns on headstones that are rejected by a cemetery. Please confirm your cemetery's requirements before purchasing a headstone.
