Use the Q&A to learn about niche product elements and store features alike! For example, this may include special materials and production styles, or uploading artwork and approving proofs. At launch, we’ve already answered many popular questions, shared among various products and locations. The portal will grow as customers submit more inquiries and we answer these questions across the store.
How Does the Q&A Portal Work?
PlaqueMaker’s new Q&A portal is located at the bottom of each category and product page. However, our home page remains unchanged, in order to emphasize navigation. If you’re curious about an item or process, scroll down to review the Q&A portal first! This way, you may not have to wait for urgent questions.
The portal includes a submission box at the top, where you can type in original Q&A questions. Please note that there is a character limit on your submissions. This reduces the volume of Q and A words, but keeps queries on topic and easy to read. Though we are a small business, our team will work to answer the question as quickly as possible.
