Customer service is amazing. I had no less than 5 phone conversations with plaquemakers and each time they were kind and compassionate. Obviously, many of us that are in the headstone market may be in a very delicate emotional state. They get that and their correspondence is consistent with this understanding.

Plaque is beautiful. The whole experience was extremely professional. The only thing I can pass on for some to consider is if you make a smaller size, mine was 10x6x2 I believe, the writing may not be so clear simply because it’s etched not printed. So if one is to write a saying or note in smaller print than say, their name or dates, keep this in consideration. Larger plaques I’m sure this isn’t a case.

Nonetheless, it is beautiful....
