Personalized perpetual plaques recognize donors, sponsors, pledges, or achievements. We can create a custom perpetual plaque to fit your needs. This perpetual plaque with attached picture frame is a fantastic way to celebrate achievements, monthly, yearly, or at any interval. Great for recognizing excellence at your business or to show the relatives who won the annual Thanksgiving family football game. Each plate can bear names, dates, or other data. Choose from a gold or silver picture frame.

Design your own perpetual plaque with your message and art or logo. With our online designer, you can layout the large portion at the top of the perpetual plaque and the first name plate. Add the text for your first plate in Text for First Bottom Plate and the rest of your plates in Text for Additional Items, and our professional graphic designers will layout the text on the remaining plates following the format you created on the first plate. We will send you a no-obligation proof within a business day to approve the layout of your plaque. With this plaque, you can choose to include either 12, 15, 18, 24, or 36 metal plates to perfectly match the quantity you need. The aluminum colors available are: silver, gold, and white.

The aluminum plates will be attached to a board of your choice. Our plaques include a wide variety of coated board colors. These coated boards have a durable particle board core and are covered with a wood grain pattern printed veneer. You will have the ability to upgrade to a solid wood board at an additional cost. Whichever board you decide to go with will include 2 keyhole slots. One for mounting the plaque vertically, and the other for mounting the plaque horizontally.

When it is time to update the plaque simply complete the Reorder form.

Any plates purchased at a later date are $21 each

Sublimated

Sublimation is the standard option for aluminum metal. In this process, heat presses ink into the metal surface. With sublimation, we are unable to print in white. The white color will be replaced with the color of the metal. If you wish to keep the white in your artwork, select white aluminum. Products that are sublimated are only intended for indoor use. The ink will fade in direct sunlight.

Mounting

You can mount this product using the included keyhole slot. You can also upgrade to black plastic easel. For more information, visit our Mounting Reference Page.
