PlaqueMaker creates custom made pieces. It is the customer's responsibility to review the proof and make sure all data sent to PlaqueMaker is correct. We copy and paste text directly from orders provided by customers. If a customer approves a proof that has incorrect data provided by the customer, PlaqueMaker has no obligation to remake the order.
Since our pieces are custom-made, our website may calculate customer's total incorrectly. We are not required to create the order for the price seen on the site or at Checkout. We will contact customer prior to making any changes to the total. Customer must agree upon new price before card is charged and order is processed.

PlaqueMaker strives to provide the most accurate quote in your shopping cart; however, we cannot guarantee all calculations are 100% accurate, due to the personalized nature of our items. An accurate quote will be emailed to you within one business day of requesting your quote.
