Our standard shipping is free for the contiguous United States, on most items*. Depending on the weight of the item, standard shipping is either US Mail or UPS Ground.
You may also upgrade through UPS. We offer UPS Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air. We ship from the 46040 ZIP code.
We cannot guarantee delivery times with US Mail, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. We ask that you allow 10 business days before contacting customer service.


Most items on our website include free engraving. There are no character limits. We typically size the text to fit the item that was ordered.
If you have more text than allowed on the order form. You may leave that field blank and email your text to help@plaquemaker.com
All personalized items come with a free digital proof. We will email the proof within a business day of receiving the order.


Most items on our website include one free image. It can be a photo, logo, or piece of clip art. *Additional pieces of artwork will incur a $10 art charge.
Each order comes with up to four free proofs. After you receive the fourth proof you will incur a $10 art charge for each additional proof. Vector logos are required for the UV color printing process. In certain instances we are able to reset the logo for use on your order for an additional amount. This amount will vary.

We are not able to accept returns on headstones that your cemetery rejects, please be sure to check with your cemetery before purchasing a headstone through us.
