Customer: What’s the turnaround time on my custom order?
PlaqueMaker Designer: Once you submit your order on PlaqueMaker.com, a free digital proof and a quote is sent to you directly via email within one business day of submission. After you approve the proof and provide payment, your order will ship from our warehouse in Fortville, Indiana USA two business days later. In fact, 98% of orders ship within two business days; larger orders may require additional production time.
PlaqueMaker offers free standard shipping on orders $99+ within the contiguous United States and to APO/APE addresses. Depending on package weight, standard shipping is either through USPS Mail or UPS Ground. You can also choose a shipping upgrade; we offer UPS Ground, 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Next Day Air. For orders shipping to AK, HI, PR or internationally, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We ship from the 46040 ZIP code.

Customer: How long does standard shipping take to arrive?
PlaqueMaker Designer: We ask that you allow 10 business days for delivery, before contacting customer service. We cannot guarantee delivery times with USPS; however, most orders arrive within two to five business days. Barring extreme weather conditions, UPS shipping is guaranteed by ship date.
