If your enterprise conducts special award incentives that require bulk ordering and distribution, such as a “Best of” contest with different categories like Best Restaurant, Best Hotel, Best Hospital, Best Lawyer, etc., we can help you personalize the awards and ship them to team members, winning businesses and honored recipients.
Our Customer Service Specialists will help you design a customized plaque template for your award program. Once you approve the template, they will work from your specific winner list, usually an Excel workbook or other document containing information such as:

● Recipient names
● Personalized message
● Mailing address for each recipient
We will then provide you with a digital proof of the entire order. We will then provide you with a digital proof of the entire order. Once the proof is approved and paid for, personalization and production begin on your custom order. Each personalized award is shipped by PlaqueMaker to each winner, member, client or recipient individually. Shipping confirmation and tracking information are emailed to the contact person who made the order.
