Product Very Heavy

I got the crystalized picture frame medium sized. The product is very heavy. It is basically sitting on top of a holder. I thought it would be like a picture frame but it sit just sits in a plastic slot. This means if you touch it from the sides, it may slide off and drop. I was expecting it to be one item, not two. There is no snap on or any other mechanism to help it stay on the holder.
